I remember the first time I ever uttered the phrase "The song is the boss." I'm sure I thought I had made a groundbreaking statement but, in the years following, I've heard others express the same sentiment in many ways. It may seem cliché or even a little naive, but that's always my approach. Whether you have your own originals or you're putting together your version of an old favorite, the song will tell you what it needs. If you let it guide you, something special will happen.
I built this place with my own two hands, and it's been a long road to now. Throughout the process, the anticipation has been building. After all that work, I"m determined to see good things happen here.
